1956 Ford F100 Short Bed Pickup Truck. The owner has been around American cars for a long time and likes his stuff to drive properly. Hes spent a small fortune (dont tell his wife) on upgrading this truck. I drove it the other day and it drives very well for a 50s truck. Its used regularly and is well known around the Scottish Car show scene. Personally, I think he needs a check up from the neck up, for selling it as its so well sorted.....his loss could be your gain. He has the current V5.

Body - 1956 Ford F100 Short Bed truck which Im told was a one year only option in 56. The body and chassis are solid. It has a bit Patina in bits. Wings were repainted a few years back. Indian motorcycle decals which really suit it. If you want a shiny show stopper then this is maybe not the one, but if you want something thats nice, well sorted and can use all the time without worrying too much then this certainly fits the bill.

Mechanics - Ford 302 V* engine with new Holley Carb, Auto Box, New power steering fitted, new power brake upgrade, Posi Springs with 4 Inch drop, new electronic ignition, thrush exhausts, new timing chain, new king pins, new water pump. Many more small new parts fitted. Pickup starts runs and drives very well and the brakes and power steering are a welcome upgrade which make its so much easier to drive.

Interior - Retrimmed seats and door cards with Indian Motorcycle emblems. Very tidy inside. New steering wheel.

Wheels - Steels with good clean hubcaps and beauty rings. Good tyres
