Good Original Car 41000 Miles
1978 Vauxhall Chevette with 3 previous owners and a genuine 41000 miles. This vehicle has been off road since 2007 and was kept by the local vauxhall dealer in storage since 2011. That was the same dealer that supplied it new in 1978. Very original car and are getting rare these days. Comes with handbooks and still has original supplying dealer plates
Body - 2 door hatchback Chevette. Looks to be all original panels. Had some welding done in the past but appears to be solid throughout. Few rust bubbles on passenger door but overall a very honest original old car. APintwork looks in the main original and is perfectly acceptable but if you wanted a show car you would need to repaint it.
Interior - All original and very tidy. Could do with a good deep clean but otherwise very good.
Mechanics - All standard . Engine starts first turn and is very quiet with no smoke or rattles. Car runs and drives. Carb was recently stripped and cleaned. Clutch and brakes are good.
Overall a very original old car which has had some work in the past but will need very little to get back on the road. I have the V5 here.
