1973 Triumph Dolomite 1850 Automatic which has been made to look like a Sprint. Good solid old car which needs a bit feetling and TLC to take it to the next level. We have the V5 and some history paperwork. We took it as a trade in.
Body - 4 Door Dolomite. Looks really good and original underneath. Underbonnet and in boot are good . Paintwork is presentable and useable but does have a few marks here and there. Chips and scrapes along front edge of bonnet, bubbling on bottoms of doors. Minor paint chips here and there. Vinyl rooflooks ok. Good bumpers
Mechanics - 1850 Twin Carb engine. Starts and runs but is a bit lumpy. Could do with a decent service and carbs set up id say. Auto box works fine. Brakes have a really good pedal. We have only driven it round the industrial estate. As with any old car we recommend a full checkover before using it in anger.
Interior - Looks like standard seats. Not sure if dash has been upgraded as it has a rev counter. Additional oil pressure guage fitted.
Wheels - Dolomite Sprint Wheels which could do with a good heavy polish up.
Good looking old car which turns heads. With a bit fettling it could be a cheap old classic. You are welcome to come and see the car. We have a ramp so you can look underneath. Delivery can be arranged if required. Please ask for a quote
