1984 Opel Kadett GTE. This is a factory built 4 door version imported from South Africa. All tax and import duty has been paid and the UK reg has been applied for already. The car starts, runs and drives but needs a little work to bring it up to scratch.

Body - 4 Door Kadett / Mk1 Astra shell. Genuine GTE with all body kit and colour coded bumpers. Good inner wings,strut towers, pillars, arches, sills, Couple of minor rust bubbles on panels but not big. Will need a repair on passenger side floor pan and small repair on corner of front floor. Rest of floors are solid and original. Its not previously been messed with so you can see what it needs. We can do the welding work if required but that would be an additional cost. Paintwork is perfectly useable and looks fairly original.

Mechanics - Engine fires up no problem. Brakes clutch and gearbox are all good. NSR wheel bearing / brakes will need attention. Bit of a noise when your driving and lean on that wheel. Car feels quite tight when I drove it.

Interior - Original GTE interior. Seats are good, door cards are good, good headlining. No cracks on dash top.

Wheels- White GTE alloys. 2 x Tyres are really good, other 2 are average.

This is a very rare car. It will make a nice example with a bit of work, as mentioned above. We have a ramp if you a want to inspect it. Delivery can be arranged if required.Please ask for a quote.
