Ford Escort Mk2 1.3 4 Door. RHD Import from South Africa with all tax and duty paid.Now fully Uk Registered This car is extremely original and has never been welded, never seen a salty road and hardly seen rain. They rarely come along in this condition. I know as im always looking!! 

 

Body - Early 4 door shell with the larger hole strut tops. All original metalwork. Never been welded. Underneath is like the day it left the factory. Spare wheel well is like new. Inner wings, sills, posts, arches, doors, boot and bonnet all mint. This is the cars original colour called Wild Tangerine which is an SA Colour. Paintwork is perfectly presentable but there are a few minor marks here and there. Overall in superb order for its age. Small dent on osr quarter on corner and tiny hole on bottom of heater bubble.

 

Mechanics - Standard 1300 crossflow with single choke carb. $ speed box. Car starts runs and drives as it should, Carb may need a minor adjustment due to our climate being very different. Engine is quiet, clutch brakes and gearbox all good. Only done 70000 miles or 123000 kms

 

Interior - Again all standard and original. Very clean and tidy fir its age. Good door cards, carpet, haedlining, parcel shelf, seats
