1970 Ford Cortina 1600E in Gold. Car has been in storage for a few years but will come with a full years MOT and can be driven away. Its a good looking car which was restored about 10 plus years ago. Last owner bought it in 2003 and restored it. He states that it was a fully stripped with the headlining being the only thing that wasnt taken out the car. 

 

Body - Four door 1600E shell which is solid. It has only ever had a couple of minor repairs underneath otherwise the shell is very original. Paintwork is very nice and tidy on the outside. It has a couple of minor blisters on bottom of the NSR door and sill. There are a few other minor marks on it but overall its pretty tidy. Its been kept garaged at all times and has had very little use over the last few years so its still looks very tidy. Underbonnet and in boot are also very tidy. Car has been all cleaned and also painted body colour on the underside as well. Car has yale security locks fitted on the bootlid and drivers door.

 

Mechanics - All original 1600E. Very quiet engine and box. Good oil pressure Starts first time with no fuss, smoke or nasty noises. Car has only covered a genuine 50,000 miles.

Interior - All original. Seats in the main are very good. Drivers seat has a split. Good original headlining and doorcards. Nice dash, all guages work. Good Centre console . Overall very original and tidy inside.

 

Wheels - Original rostyle wheels with good tyres.
