Ford Cortina 1.3L 2 Door, Very rare model with only 44000 Miles on it and 4 owners from new. Car has spent a lot of its life in storage and is in superb condition and very original. Its MOTd, on the button and recently completed a 150 mile trip to Scotland from Darlington. It comes with a few old MOTS, receipts and all the original handbooks and brochures.

 

Body - Very rare 2 door MK5. Solid from front to back. Doesn't look like its ever been welded. All original panels from what i can see. May have had a bit paintwork at some point but not many 40 year old cars havent. Few minor marks here and there from storage which add to the character and are minimal. Overall a very straight solid good looking old car.

 

Mechanics - 1.3 crossflow which is very quiet and smooth as only covered 44K. gearbox brakes clutch are all good, Car runs and drives as it should. Everything works.

 

Interior - Totally original and very clean and tidy.

 

Wheels - original wheels with old Michelin XZX tyres . Comes with a set of new tyres in the boot as the Michelins are looking a bit past there sell by date by be good for shows.
