1983 Ford Capri 2.8i. Car has done 127000 miles, has had 15 previous owners.  Its now tax and MOT exempt. It starts runs and drives very well. We have the V5 and keys but no real history.  Its a good solid useable car with a little bit  room for improvement. Quite rare in the two tone green colour combination, which is the cars original colours.. 

 

Body - 2.8 shell with additional strengthening from standard models. Underneath the car is very good. Its had repairs to rear chassis legs in the past and sill lips but otherwise all looks original and is pretty solid. Bit of bubbling on nsf wing and few bubbles on bottoms of door as well. Good inner wings, boot area, arches are original. Overall not a bad looking car for its age. Perfectly useable as it is but if you wanted a show car then youd need to attend to the bubbling and a few bits of paint. Sunrood works both ways

 

Mechanics - Car starts and runs fine.  Good engine, 4 speed gearbox, clutch and brakes. Was used a few times last year for shows and is now MOT exempt. Heater works on both speeds.

 

Interior - All standard and  fairly decent. No cracks in dash. Still has original radio. Seats are tidy with no rips or tears. Good door cards, headlining and carpet.

 

Wheels - 13" standard pepperpots with good 205 /60 /13 tyres.
